I paid more for this than I probably should have. It’s not terrible or anything, but the quality is just kind of okay, and for the price I was expecting something a bit better. Maybe if it were cheaper I’d feel differently, but..

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to support. They got back to me the same day and fixed it without making it a whole complicated thing, which I really appreciated. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I did have to send one follow-up email, just one follow-up, but overall they were polite, helpful, and easy to deal with.

From what I could tell, the payment options were okay, but not quite ideal. I was hoping to see a few more ways to pay monthly, though it’s possible I missed something.

I had a feeling this would happen, and sure enough, everything I actually wanted was sold out again. Every time I check, it feels like the good stuff is never available, so this just kind of confirmed what I already thought

I ordered a jacket from monc13 and it seemed decent when it arrived, the fit and look were fine at first. After wearing it a few times though, the stitching started coming loose and the zipper feels kind of cheap, it gets stuck now and then. For what I paid, I was expecting it to last better. It’s not the worst jacket ever, but I probably wouldn’t buy from there again.

The virtual try-on worked well and made it easier for me to decide what to get. It did load a little slow at times, so I could see that being a bit annoying for other customers too, but overall it was a useful feature.

i liked a few things on Monc XIII, but i was hoping to find clearer info about sustainability. there wasn’t much detail on the materials, packaging, shipping impact, or where the products are made. maybe it’s on the site somewhere, but it definitely wasn’t easy for me to find. for an online shop now, i kind of expect more actual proof, not just a good aesthetic. i’d probably buy more if they were more transparent about all of that

I ordered from monc13.com and wasn’t expecting the prescription to be this accurate. I’ve had lenses come in wrong before, so I was kind of bracing myself for something to feel off, but these felt right as soon as I put them on.

The only gap between what I expected and what happened was the delivery time, since it took a bit longer than I hoped. Still, it wasn’t a huge issue, and overall I’m happy with the order. I’d give it 4 stars.

Overall, the quality feels solid and it seems like it’ll hold up well with regular use. I did notice a couple of small things that could be improved, but nothing that really ruined the experience. For the price, I’m still happy with it and would say it’s a good buy

i tried returning my order and it was such a hassle. emails took forever to get answered, and i’m still waiting on the refund. really frustrating experience, so i don’t think i’ll be shopping at monc13.com again.

I had to use the warranty for it, and it was kind of a hassle. The replies took a while, and they kept asking me for the same details over and over, which got annoying fast. It did finally get taken care of in the end, but the whole thing took way longer than I thought it would. Not terrible, just frustrating

Well... I really wanted to like this lens, but it just didn’t work out for me. The edges came out blurry in my shots, and for the price, I don’t feel like it was worth the money.

I ordered this because it looked like a soft beige on the site, but what showed up was more of a yellow/cream shade. Like, not even close to the photos on monc13.com?! I know screens can make colors look a little different, but this felt way off. Super frustrating when the main reason you picked it was the color. I wouldn’t order again unless they update the pictures.
